I also have EDS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and serious heart issues. I am 32 years old and each time I go to a doctor they diagnose me with depression and fibromyalgia. I get sprains and breaks just from lifting my arm or walking. As a child, no one believed I had chest pain. Said it was anxiety. I had a heart attack at 25, and it wasn’t my first according to the EKG. Before I knew I had this, I tried various physical therapies that only creates more problems for me.
