The story of MEDHA
My son Aniket diagnosed as ADDISONS DISEASE and Primary HYPOGONADISM at the age of 19 yrs ..Both diseases well controlled .He did his postgraduation and was working .At the age of 26Â yrs having behavioral problems,consulted psytriatist,not responding,diagnosed as bipolar.Devloped ataxia 1 yr back .MRI shows adrenoleukodystrophy and ADRENOMYLONEUROPATHY.Consulted many neurologists.Slowly he had difficulty in swallowing ,quadreparesis,aphasia.Today he is totally bedridden with tracheostomy and PEG(FEEDING GASTROSTOMY)since september2020.The disease was missed because hewas ok.Suddenly the neurological symptoms came and destroyed our world.Today I can manage him at home since I am Doctor.Hopeful the research for appropriate drug is successful and available all over the world .Inspite being from medical field Ifeel helpless
