Disgnosed 10 years ago on Valentines Day after years of fatique, joint pain, itching, digestion issues, quickly fading thyroid, etc. Dr Marshall Kaplan at Tufts Medical Center diagnosed via biopsy and labs. Elevated alk phos to be specific. At 66 continue to work full time and fight the fatigue by having an early bedtime and resting a lot on days off. Take Urso Forte daily and vitamins. Watch others and know I am blessed 10 years ago at diagnosis stage 0-1. Now 1-2. Not bad at all. Stay active, be brave do not give in!
