The story of Norma
In May/14 I started falling but did not put my hands out to stop myself, so fell flat on my face. I was seeing a Neurologist but he had no idea what the issue was. In Mar/17 I got up from my kitchen table, my legs went stiff and I could ont walk. I went to see a specialist at the University Hospital in London Ont, Dr. Jog, and was diagnosed with stiff person sydrome.
I was started on baclofen, and that gave me some mobilty, up until the last few weeks, but it is no longer working
I have tried IVIG and Plasmapheresis, but they did not work, I am currrently trying boxtox injections, will see in a week if they help
I live in a small town in Ontario, Canada, would love to hear from others in Ontario if have this same issue. I would also like to hear from others as to what med/procedures have helped them
