Living with connective tissue diseases

The story of Gloria

I have been living with systemic scleroderma, Lupus, Raynaunds, along with other connective tissue diseases.  It’s been a difficult task, even to this day.  I’ve endured two pericardial heart surgeries.  I’ve learned to embrace my illness after being in denial for years, often saying why me. I now encourage others through communication to move forward and continue to live life to its fullest.
