The story of Kim

At age 10 I was diagnosed with Camurati Engelmann’s Disease. Camurati-Engelmann disease is a skeletal condition that is characterized by abnormally thick bones (hyperostosis) in the arms, legs, and skull. The thick limb bones can lead to (extreme) bone pain and muscle weakness in the arms and legs and cause individuals with Camurati-Engelmann disease to tire quickly. There are only about 350 people diagnosed with this disease worldwide. This low number means nobody is exactly looking for a cure, so awareness is vital
