About Universidad de Cartagena
The University of Cartagena is a Colombian public university located in Cartagena de Indias. Founded by the President and Vice President of the time, Simón BolÃvar and Francisco de Paula Santander, with the purpose of contributing to the social, academic, scientific, and cultural development of the country.
