SKC is a strategy consultancy, based in Hannover Germany, focusing on the increasingly challenging market access environment of innovative products. As partner of our internationally operating clients, we support the successful market access especially of products indicated for rare diseases, of ATMPs or of products which set new therapy standards, both on a strategic and operational level. We dedicate our enthusiasm to solving complex problems.
Our mission is to enable that patients with diseases for which no or only limited treatment options are available, receive access to effective treatments and to ensure that as many eligible patients as possible are treated with an adequately reimbursed new product.
We support the rare disease day by raising awareness for the more than 300 million people worldwide. On February, 28th, we are launching our podcast series about rare diseases. Prof. Matthias P. Schönermark M.D., Ph.D., managing director of SKC and Professor of Health Care Management at Hannover Medical School, will have stimulating conversations with major rare disease stakeholders. In February, we are blogging about specific rare diseases showing exemplary courses of diseases, new therapies possibilities and its limits. Further, our whole team will “share its colours” in social media and with our professional business network.
