About Rising Phoenix CRPS
Rising Phoenix CRPS is a nonprofit organization built to bring awareness, educate and facilitate a support group for those locally affected by a rare disease called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. The creator, Jennifer Ray, was diagnosed with CRPS, formerly known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) following a left knee operation when she was 15 years old, in 2005. She still fights everyday, with her own body and awareness and understanding within the medical community. Change is necessary
