About Rare Disease Nurse Network
We are a not for profit organisation with a vision to deliver innovative support to nurses and other healthcare professionals involved in rare conditions, so that they are more empowered to provide better help for patients with rare conditions and their families on their journey.
We plan to release a series of interviews and short blog posts starting on the 28th February to highlight the importance of care coordination for people affected by rare conditions.
