About Fundación IMO
At the IMO Barcelona ophthalmology center, we are passionate about ophthalmology, but, above all, we are passionate about people. This is why we embodied our vision into the Fundación IMO, a platform to promote new ways of improving the sight and quality of life of many people through research, teaching, prevention and social projects.
Regarding our research projects, which are our main activity, we combine basic research and clinical research in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of retinal dystrophies, a series of rare diseases for which there is still no cure.
