28.02 on Rare Disease Day CF Sister Dalila and PHURDA joined a global initiative to raise awareness of rare diseases and improve access to treatment for patients with rare diseases and their families. We need to speak to be heard. Everyone is in their own place: patient, doctor, official. That is why, on February 28 at 18:00 Kyiv time we held a webinar for family doctors and pediatricians on “Rare diseases in Ukraine”. At the meeting we had two speakers:
– Nataliia Samonenko, Head of the Center for Orphan Diseases and Gene Therapy of the “Okhmatdyt” of National Medical University.
– Iryna Zhivylo, Ph.D., cardiologist, PH specialist.
We had very interesting and informative discussion!
