Description
The 13th annual University of Minnesota Rare Disease Day program will bring all members of the rare disease community: patients, families/caregivers, providing, health care organizations and students, staff, and faculty from the University. This year we will focus on the challenges that patients and caregivers encounter as they deal with rare disorders and the ever increasing resources and support that on which they can draw to address those challenges.
