For Rare Disease Day 2020, a small conference was held which saw talks from a Pediatric neurologist, Geneticist and a parents of a rare disease patient. ‘A STAR for Martina’ field day was held to raise awareness of rare diseases and Salla Disease in particular. A wide range of activities took place at the field day from live concerts and horse riding to a climbing wall and painting.
