About Ministry of Health (Health Economics Unit)
Health Economics Unit in MOH is concerned about optimizing the health and economic welfare of individuals and society in Kuwait pertaining to orphan diseases. We aim to develop an orphan disease registry to monitor the epidemiological and economic burden of orphan diseases. We are also concerned about feasibility of prevention programs as well as developing programs to monitor orphan drugs effectiveness and safety. Some of our publications:
