I suffer from periodic Mediterranean family fever and secondary familial amyloidosis with double genetic mutation on two different portions of DNA, the onset was about 4 and a half years old with acute pericarditis and if I am alive I have to thank a lot of those who helped me, I arrived in a very serious condition in the hospital. Over the years they framed my Operated on hip replacement four times. I am in therapy at the San Raffaele hospital in Milan and the clinical picture is never under control despite biological drugs. The pathology is particularly aggressive and the indices of phlogosis under control. I am in fact the subject of study, as the clinical picture is very complex and completely different from other patients on therapy at the same facility. I never stop
