Hi I’m isaac I’m 3 years old and I have a rare mutation on the med12 gene which has caused lujan fryns syndrome, I suffer with GDD, hypermobility, hypotonia, unsafe swallow, dysmorphic features and severe drug resistant epilepsy, my mummy is hoping to find someone else in the world who has the same condition as me.
