About 7 Cups
7 Cups supports mental health via active listening. People may discuss what’s on their minds, including issues related to disabilities or health conditions and receive non-judgmental support. For rare disease day the disability community will be hosting group chat and forum discussions and as always, users may connect with a trained listener if they want individual support.
